Promoting an open, globally connected, secure and trustworthy internet for everyone in South Sudan.

The Internet Society South Sudan Chapter (ISOC SSC) is a nonprofit and non governmental organization fully registered in the Republic of South Sudan with the Relief and Rehabilitation Commission and duly established in 2024.

We believe that each day without Internet access is a day of lost opportunity.

We provide Cybersecurity awareness, trainings/capacity building to learning institutions, companies, government and NGO’s.

Introducing, promoting, and advancing the deployment of 5G technology standards for cellular networks in South Sudan.

We mobilize in support of strong encryption, and mitigate attempts to undermine or ban the use of strong encryption
